On this day

On this day in 1775, New Hampshire militiamen including John Stark and Henry Dearborn (who served at the Battles of Saratoga) march to Cambridge, Mass after learning about Lexington and Concord; in 1862 the Congress establishes the U.S. Mint (which created the Saratoga quarter in 2015); and in 1968, the new library on Ferry Street was dedicated.
