OTD: Ice House accident at Saratoga lake

#onthisdate in 1890 Theo. Chubb, Edmond Wood, and Jacob DeGarmo, while working on an ice-house, at Saratoga lake, (last Wednesday), were standing on a scaffold, when it gave way, throwing the three men to the ground. Mr. Cbubb was considerably injured; Mr. Wood was slightly hurt, and Mr. DeGarmo escaped unhurt according to reports of the Schuylerville Standard 2 April 1890
